Behind the Boots is a Certified ServiceM8 Partner. We can set up ServiceM8 specifically for your business, then train you and your staff to use it.
ServiceM8 is an easy to use Job Management System that can be used in the field by you and your staff. It works on IOS devices such as a phone or tablet, as well as on a desktop. You can manage your bookings and customer communication all in one app. You will be able to navigate to the job, text or email your customer, take photos of the job, produce quotes and invoices, as well as taking payments on the spot. There are loads more features too! Using ServiceM8 will streamline your workday and save you time and headaches.

New set up
Behind the Boots will set up ServiceM8 for you, creating all the automations that will suit your business and make your day easier. First we will identify the specific needs and challenges of your business, then we will tailor the set up to address those needs.
Once it is all set up, we will train you and your staff in how to use the app and the desktop system. Initial phone support is included while you are learning how to use ServiceM8.

Forms and Templates
These forms (Approved by ServiceM8) can be used to complete Test and Tag checks, Airconditioner Inspections, and Smoke alarm & Exhaust Fan Inspections. They can be purchased through the form store in ServiceM8, just ask us where to click.
You can simply add your logo, and Company name, and load this into the forms section of ServiceM8. Your technicians can then use this form when they conduct their inspections, they can manually type in the name of each item as they check it, so it can be used at many sites. This makes the inspection process so quick and easy! If you require further customisation, please get in touch as we would love to help you develop a form specifically for your needs, we will just provide a quote.
If you regularly inspect the same 10 buildings, we can customise the forms so that you have 10 different pre-filled forms with all the electrical items already listed to save you time.
